We charge a flat fee of $1,695 for a consumer Chapter 7 Bankruptcy (Business bankruptcy filings may require additional fees).  Our rates are at least 25% less than what the big, impersonal law firms charge. If you don't have the money, don't let that stop you from calling. We can recommend easy and legal pre-bankruptcy planning that you can do to reduce your monthly expenditures and save money for the bankruptcy fees. We also offer payment plans.
 
You may have seen advertisements for "$500 bankruptcies." The companies that provide such service are not law firms.
